Gotchas & notes

• Facebook re-link will not work on staging (FB app redirect is locked to the prod hostname)
• Autopilot cron executes REAL social posts — it is DISABLED on staging (/etc/cron.d/lumen-autopilot-daily.disabled-staging) and runs on prod at 05:05 UTC
• better-sqlite3 native module must be built with Node 22 — wrong Node breaks the DB layer (ABI mismatch)
