Gotchas & notes
- PM2 does not auto-load .env — apps run via bash wrappers that source it (see PM2 process list)
- Python services run under systemd (ivyos-billing :9894, ivy-os-agent-kb :9895) as www-data — their /var/log/*.log files must be www-data-owned
- Python deps come from apt (python3-httpx etc.) — pip is PEP-668 locked on Ubuntu 26.04
- pnpm strict layout vs undeclared deps: use node-linker=hoisted and pnpm add --ignore-scripts for phantom imports
- 5 real-action crons live in /etc/cron.d/ivyos-prod on prod and are DISABLED on staging — keep it that way
- MinIO moved to port 9300 on ssdserver (9100 is monitoring) — S3_ENDPOINT reflects this
