Gotchas & notes

• Containers run with --network host and env-files captured from docker inspect — secrets never leave server files
• The vhost has 4-space indentation — sed patterns must be flexible
• nginx needs the connection_upgrade map for WebSockets (in conf.d/00-ivy-global.conf on ssdserver)
